You've worked hard, mastered the Fundamentals and Aspire skills, and now it's time for the ultimate challenge—Advanced Classes! This is where gymnasts take their training to the highest level, focusing on complex skills, power, and precision. From back handsprings to upstarts on bars, this class is designed to refine technique and push every gymnast to their full potential!

Below is the full list of skills that all members will learn and progress through when enrolled in our Advanced Gymnastics Class. This program will challenge gymnasts to perfect their form, build strength, and work towards elite-level skills.

These skills can also be covered in an Advanced Level 1-2-1 Class, where you get personalised coaching to perfect your technique at your own pace.
